Textured Pompadour Two-Strand Twist Up do

My first attempt at a twist updo was quite an adventure. I started by twisting up the front sides of my hair and created two big flat twists going up the back. It was a quick style because I had other commitments that day. Two days later, I decided to take the time to perfect my updo. I propped up my stand-alone mirror so I could see the back of my head and got to work. It took me about two and a half hours to complete the style, with breaks in between to cook. Initially, it was a bit awkward maneuvering my hands to twist and secure the hair at the back, but I managed to make it work, as you can see in the final result.

Taking on the challenge of creating a more intricate hairstyle was a rewarding experience. As I carefully twisted and pinned my hair, I found a sense of satisfaction in mastering a new technique. The process required patience and precision, but the end result was worth the effort.

Overall, my first attempt at a twist updo was a learning experience filled with challenges and triumphs. It taught me the importance of patience and perseverance when trying something new. I look forward to honing my skills and exploring more hairstyles in the future.
